Holiday Hutches asks that a booking form be completed before bringing your pet to board; this allows information such as contact details, pets details, details of the vet you are registered with, medical needs, dietory needs etc to be documentated.

This form also acts as a disclaimer where you will also be asked to sign permission for us to seek veterinary attention for your pet in your absence if required and agree to pay any costs incurred.

On delivery of your pet to us or on us collecting it from you, you will be asked to show proof of any vaccinations as NO pets are admitted without the relevant vaccinations.

 A booking fee of £10 per pet(Non refundable) should be sent when returning your booking form and the balance is to be received no later than 7 days before departure. Refunds will not be given after this time without a vets note stating your pet is too ill to board or be left and will be subject to an administration charge.

We offer combined rates for the first two pets sharing the same housing e.g a pair of rabbits is £5 in the same hutch, then it is £1 per pet after that in the same housing

 

Please note full payment MUST be made at least 7 days in advance of your departure.   No refunds will be given after this time without a vets note stating the pet is unfit to board.  10% of your booking fee or £10 per pet (whichever is greater) will be charged for Administration if this happens.

 

We are happy to have your pet(s) staying with us, or we can also provide a home visiting service where we call to check on your pets throughout the day and feed, exercise and care for them in your own home.  For details of our Pet Sitting service please see our separate Pet Sitting price list.
